Austin was such a delight. We chose him because he inspected my mom’s house last year and did a great job.

We are in the process of buying our first home, so nerves are at an all-time high to say the least! Austin was exactly what we needed. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, experienced, and just had an overall very warm and personable presence.

From the second he arrived on the property, he was in his zone, pointing out a lot of things I didn’t even notice. We opted for the sewer scope inspection & he explained why it was important in simple yet easy to follow terms. So glad we got that done!

When he finished the entire inspection, he gave us a brief overview of his findings and within a few hours, we received his full report.

Very thorough with the inspection and informative of all that he was looking for and what to look for ourselves. Thanks to him we were able to locate a leak once the seller got the water turned on. That would have been a costly fix just moving into a place if he hadn't told us to turn on all the water to see. Definitely recommend this company to anyone in need!
